Empire Deluxe Internet Edition is the revival of the classic turn-based strategy game Empire Deluxe originally by Mark Baldwin and Bob Rakosky, based on Walter Bright s game Empire, Wargame of the Century. This version of Empire Deluxe has been upgraded to work on the modern day Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (95, 98, ME, 2000, XP). It also has new graphics which you can edit and change, as well as a host of other configuration enhancements.
