Online Photo Frames is a totally free PHP software tool designed to do two things: 1) Add very cool frames to images, code, flash movies, or whatever else is on your web page and 2) Do it without requiring a big extra download for your web site visitors. This is accomplished by using small images and CSS. It s much quicker to implement, and faster to download than adding frames through Photoshop or another graphical editor. Most web hosts offer PHP as a default service, so installing Online Photo Frames is easy. Just download, unzip, upload and then follow some simple instructions you can find in the README file to add frames to any element in your web page. These frames utilize CSS to insure that your visitors don t have much extra overhead.
