Fully automated backup tool for any computer running Windows

D_back is a data backup tool designed to automate reserving of your critical data and saving backups to any type of storage media including CD / DVD and remote FTP servers. The program can help you to protect your data from computer crashes, accidental deletion, virus damages, and ensure you will never lose your important data files and documents. Your backups will be saved in major compression formats on any type of storage media: hard disks, network drives, CD or DVD. The program allows to back up data from remote FTP, and can transfer archives via e-Mail or upload it to remote FTP automatically. D_back have excellent algorithms of the uploading / downloading data from FTP, which operate reliably on the unstable dial-up connections and allow to resume broken uploads / downloads. Standard Zip compression is implemented in our product by default, however you can integrate d_back and any external command-line compression programs (WinZip, RAR, ARJ ...etc.) for archiving. Original zip slicing feature allows you to overcom Zip 2.04g limitations (4Gb/65535) for backing up big volumes of data. You can always choose the most suitable backup type (full, incremental, differential, stack) for any kind of your data. The management of of the file list is simple and flexible. Included and excluded files are specified separately, wildcards (* ?) are allowed in all paths and file names. The program is ideal for automatic unattended backing up. The software distribution kit contains command-line backup utility and backup scheduler which allow you to organize automatic data processing on both personal computers and server systems. The results of all backup activities can be completely checked up at any time. The standard output of scheduled tasks, the history of all startups, errors and warning messages are registered in text log files. In addition exists possibility to notify user by e-mail about starting/ending, errors or warnings of each backup job.
