Level V is the top-of-the-line of the AnyOrder Professional Series. This state-of-the-art software is for or any business that needs to process orders whether received by phone, mail or through the web. Easy and simple to use, it includes all the features of Levels I, II, III and IV. Those features include the ability to generate invoices and billing statements, keep track of inventory, handle returns, produce sales reports, record customer payments, track consignment items, create mailing lists, prepare bank deposits, process back orders. Invoices and statements can be printed or sent via email.
It can work side by side with e-commerce software. In particular, shopping cart data can be moved into the program. It includes telephony features, user defined fields, currency conversation, versatile export and import functions, integrated emailing functions, and one of the easiest-to-use royalty accounting systems in the industry.
The program comes with Real Time inventory processing providing up-to-the-second information on inventory. It will signal you when inventory reaches a critically low level. The program is fully barcode compatible and is able to read and print barcodes.
