Here is Rosoft Engineering s latest program in the Audio Tools series. This program is also included Rosoft Audio Tools and forward. It is also available as a stand-alone version. You can encode fast speed, normal speed, and high quality. You can set the bitrate up to 320 kbps. You can chose to use VBR or non-VBR, but note that some hard ware (DVD, CD, MP3 Player etc.) cannot read VBR. For example some DVD players can only read CBR. Fast Mode encodes faster but doesn t give good quality sound while High Quality mode takes more time but . High Mode gives the best sound and takes longer time to encode.
